As you may understand, recent transportation news and reports indicate ongoing instability in the industry. While Imperial has strived to maintain competitive rates for the past few years, we are facing rate increases from all of our supporting vendors which include rail, labor, and fuel costs as well as operating costs. We also have been absorbing the extra costs to keep inland shipments moving on schedule during the rail equipment shortage. In order to maintain our level of service, we are reluctant to announce general rate changes as follows:
