Update Possible IPI service delay : Potential Rail Labor Stoppage

At present, the only Rail carrier to provide us with any set guidance is the Norfolk Southern (NS).

Norfolk Southern has updated the timing for their planned ingate closure for all intermodal ramps and shipments. This action postpones their previously announced closure by 24 hours.

The closure is now effective at noon local time on September 14, including cross-town transfers. This will directly impact freight moving on the Norfolk Southern via ingate at origin or to destinations serviced by the NS.

Imperial will continue to provide updates as we learn more about this evolving situation.
